Nutrition Counseling

Get advice on fueling optimally, losing weight, race day nutrition and hydration, or just gain some insight into what you eat.

We offer three types of nutrition counseling as well as custom programs:
  • Determine your baseline diet, what nutrients you are getting, what calories you are ingesting, and compare to what your activity level is currently.
  • Look at your big race and determine the optimal fuel and hydration that is needed to succeed in training and race day.
  • Put together a plan to lose weight and optimize the types of food you eat as "fuel".
